Delicate, very soft biscuits with apple flavor. It remains soft even the next day, although it is unlikely that such a delicacy will survive until the next day. You shouldn't feel sorry for apples - the more there are, the tastier it will be.
It is necessary
- - 55 g of butter;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 large apple;
- - 1/2 glass of sugar (glass volume - 200 ml);
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- - 1 1/2 cups flour;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - salt, raisins to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the softened butter with two types of sugar, add the raw chicken egg. Whisk until airy. The amount of sugar can be changed both up and down - it all depends on your taste preferences.
Step 2
Separately sift the flour with salt and baking powder, stir the dry mixture. Gradually introduce it into the butter-egg mixture, add sour cream. Use these ingredients to knead the dough for future apple cider cookies.
Step 3
Take a ripe and flavorful apple, rinse, remove the core, cut into small cubes. If you want, you can peel the apple for an even softer cookie. Pour the apple cubes into the dough, stir gently with a wooden spatula. At this stage, you can add a handful of raisins to the dough, although the cookies will turn out sweet and tasty without them.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment, put the dough on it with a teaspoon. Place small piles of dough at a distance from each other because it will spread. Place the baking sheet in the oven.
Step 5
Cook soft apple cookies at an oven temperature of 200 degrees, 12-15 minutes will be enough - watch the degree of readiness of the cookies, otherwise it will start to burn. You can serve immediately or cool it on a baking sheet beforehand, and then put it in a vase. Ideal with hot tea or warm milk.
