Oatmeal is not only suitable for preparing porridge - it makes delicious cookies. Oatmeal cookies are one of the most popular types of homemade cookies.
It is necessary
- 2 tbsp. oat flakes (if the flakes are large, then they must be crushed),
- 100 g nuts (any, to taste),
- 100 g pitted raisins white or dark
- 1, 5 Art. l. flour,
- 100 g butter,
- 1 PC. egg,
- 150 g Sahara.
In advance, the raisins are sorted out, the stalks are removed, washed, scalded with boiling water, thrown back on a sieve and completely dried. Finely chop the nuts. Combine oatmeal, raisins and chopped nuts, add flour, and mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Separately mix sugar with softened butter, drive in an egg. Beat vigorously with a mixer until smooth.
Combine both masses and mix thoroughly. If desired, you can add any cereals, dried berries or seeds to the dough.
The baking sheet is thickly greased with a brush with vegetable oil or covered with baking paper. Hands are moistened in cold water, and a round cookie is formed from the resulting dough and put on a baking sheet.
In a well-preheated oven to 180 degrees, remove for 20-25 minutes.
