- - 250 ml sour cream 25% fat;
- - 200 g of hazelnuts;
- - 150 g butter;

- - 1, 5 cups of sugar;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar;
- - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind 100 g of hazelnuts into coarse crumbs with a blender. Beat the eggs with 1 cup sugar and a teaspoon of vanillin to form a white fluffy foam. Continue whisking adding 100 g of butter.
Step 2
Sift flour and baking powder into the dough, mix, add chopped hazelnuts.
Step 3
Put half the dough in a greased baking dish, put in the oven, bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees. Bake the second cake base in the same way.
Step 4
Prepare the cream. Whisk the chilled sour cream, add the remaining sugar and vanillin. Add 50 g butter, whisk again, stir in the chopped nuts.
Step 5
Put 2/3 of the cream on the bottom cake, flatten, cover with the second cake, grease with the rest of the cream.
Step 6
Remove the soak cake in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
