It is necessary

  • For eight servings:
  • - 450 g flour;
  • - 200 ml of orange juice;
  • - 40 g of butter;
  • - 10 pcs. prunes and dried apricots;
  • - 1/2 cup raisins;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 7 g dry yeast;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of milk powder;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of orange peel;
  • - a handful of dried cherries.

Instructions

Step 1

Place all the dough ingredients in the bread maker. For the dough you need flour, butter, sugar, dry yeast, milk powder, orange juice, orange peel. Set the "kneading and first rise" mode. At this time, you can prepare the filling for the buns. If you don't have a bread machine, do not rush to give up this recipe - knead the dough from the indicated ingredients yourself, leave it for at least half an hour in a warm place to fit. The orange juice dough turns out to be very beautiful in color and smells good.

Step 2

Wash prunes, dried apricots, pitted raisins. Pour boiling water over the dried fruits, drain the water after 5 minutes, pat dry on paper towels. Finely chop dried apricots and prunes with a sharp knife, raisins do not need to be chopped. Cut dried cherries into halves, mix with dried fruits. So we have a filling for orange buns.

Step 3

Roll out the finished dough, cut out thin cakes, make parallel cuts from the edges of each cake. Fill the center with the filling, shape into buns and let sit for 20 minutes. Then bake until tender in the oven at 180 degrees. You can serve chilled with tea.
