Pistachio cake

- 150 g of natural yogurt;

- 0.5 teaspoons of soda;

Pound the pistachios into coarse crumbs in a mortar or chop them with a knife. Set aside a couple tablespoons of nuts for garnish. Mash eggs with sugar until white. Pour the yogurt into a deep bowl, add vegetable oil, pistachios and sugar-egg mixture. Pour the pre-sifted flour mixed with baking soda in portions. Mix the dough thoroughly.

Pistachio cookies with candied fruit
These beautiful cookies are great for a gift. It can be arranged on paper rosettes and placed in an elegant box tied with a ribbon. After baking, the treat can be stored for several weeks. You can use citrus fruits instead of candied tropical fruits.
You will need:
- 80 g of wheat flour;
- 80 g of sugar;
- 80 g of candied pineapple and papaya;
- 20 g of almonds;
- 20 g of peanuts;
- 50 g unsalted pistachios in shell;
- 100 ml of cream;
- 70 g butter.
Peel and crush the pistachios. Scald the almonds with boiling water, remove the skin. Fry the peanuts in a dry frying pan and peel them off. Chop candied fruits, peanuts and almonds. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add butter and heat the mixture over low heat. Add sugar and flour gradually, stirring the contents of the pan. When the dough thickens and begins to lag behind the walls, remove it from the heat, add candied fruits and almonds, stir.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Use two spoons to spread the dough on top of it in small portions. Shape the liver into a slightly elongated or rounded shape.
