It is necessary
- For 1 serving:
- - 1/2 frozen ripe banana;
- - 1/2 cup of almond milk (real);
- - 1/2 glass of cold water;
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon or more ground cinnamon, to taste
- 1/4 cup oats
- - 300 grams of low fat yogurt;
- - 3-4 ice cubes;
- - cinnamon stick.
Instructions
Step 1
In a mixer, combine banana, vanilla extract, cold water, oats, yogurt, and ice cubes. Grind everything to a liquid consistency.
Step 2
Pour the resulting mixture from step 1 into a long glass and add the almond milk.
Step 3
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and nuts before serving. It is recommended to use it slightly warmed up.
