It is necessary
Espresso, milk
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare an espresso. This invigorating coffee is the base of most coffee drinks and is the starting point for a good cappuccino. You will need a coffee machine. Add seven to eight grams of coffee to the holder, tamp it. You will receive a compressed tablet through which you need to pass water. Set the temperature to ninety degrees and the pressure to nine bars. As a result, you will get about forty milliliters of espresso, after which you can proceed to further actions (depending on the cappuccino cup, you may need several servings of espresso).
Step 2
Take a tall glass and fill it a third with cold milk. It is advisable to use high-fat milk (four to six percent). Switch on the cappuccino maker and check for pressure and steam. If there is no steam, the water in the barrel may have run out. Bring a glass to the cappuccino maker while it is running and gradually begin to immerse it in the milk. Remember that it should never touch the bottom. Whisk the milk until frothy (about ten seconds). If you overexpose it, the foam will bubble and the cappuccino will not turn out as attractive as in a cafe.
Step 3
Take a short, wide cup and fill it two-thirds full of espresso. From a glass of milk, spoon the froth on top of the coffee with a tablespoon, without stirring. If your cup is transparent, you will end up with two distinctly separated layers of coffee and milk.
Step 4
Diversify your drink. You can sprinkle the cappuccino with cinnamon, cocoa, or cloves. Spices will give a bright taste and aroma. In addition to them, you can add various syrups to your taste (pour them at the stage of adding to the espresso cup).
