It is necessary

espresso coffee 2 tablespoons, milk 150 ml, optionally grated chocolate, cinnamon or cocoa

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare an espresso. To do this, use a coffee machine. Pour freshly ground coffee into the holder, press it. Set the pressure to 9 bar, the water temperature should be 90 degrees. Pass 40 ml of water through the coffee into a cappuccino cup. Traditionally, a porcelain cup is used for this drink, which retains the heat of the drink longer than glass.

Step 2

Whisk the milk. Please note that it must be very cold. That is, store it in the refrigerator and remove it just before whipping. For this procedure, it is preferable to use a coffee machine with a cappuccino maker. Dip it in milk without touching the bottom, but also without holding it on the surface. In both cases, foam will not work (either due to boiling milk, or due to looseness). Beat the foam until large bubbles form. In the absence of such a device, you can use a blender or mixer.

Step 3

Pour 1/3 espresso into the cup. Slowly pour the milk froth on top, holding it with a spoon. The rest of the foam is laid out with a spoon. If you are using a transparent cup, adding milk to your coffee this way will result in two clearly separated layers, which looks quite impressive. If the cup is opaque, you can drink it.

Step 4

Decorate the finished drink. You can add some cinnamon, cocoa and grated chocolate on top of the foam. Also, cappuccino foam is known for its suitability for latte art, that is, creating patterns on milk foam. They are made with chocolate cream using special syringes.
