This vitamin drink can be made very easily at home. To do this, simply take raw almonds (glass), place in a bowl and cover with water in a 2: 1 ratio. Leave on the table for a day.

After 24 hours, fold the nuts onto a sieve and transfer to the processor bowl. Add water (one and a half cups) and beat on maximum power for 3 minutes. Then add water to the consistency you need (2-3 cups) and beat for about a minute more.

Strain the mixture with cheesecloth and use in the same way as regular milk, for example, in fruit cocktails. One of these smoothies can be the perfect breakfast on a summer day.

"Pina Colada" with almond milk

- 2 tbsp. almond milk;

- 0.5 cups of chopped mango;

- 0, 5 tbsp. pineapple cubes;

- 0.5 avocados;

- a small frozen banana;

- 4 tablespoons coconut flakes.

To make a cocktail, simply whisk all ingredients (except the coconut flakes) until smooth and place in glasses. Decorate with coconut flakes and pineapple slice and enjoy!

Smoothie with berries

- 2 tbsp. almond milk;

- 2 tbsp. liquid honey;

- 2 tsp coconut oil;

- 1 tbsp. frozen raspberries;

- 1 tbsp. frozen blackberries;

- a couple of handfuls of fresh spinach;

- juice of one lemon.

Just as in the previous version, you just need to beat all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with fresh raspberries and blackberries for serving.

Smoothie with chocolate and banana

Chocolate almond milk, peanut butter, honey and banana - all the tastiest things are now gathered in one glass!

2 cups chocolate almond milk

- 4 tablespoons peanut butter;

- half a ripe avocado;

- 2 tbsp. honey;

- 2 tsp coconut oil;

- frozen banana.

You probably already guessed that for cooking you just need to mix all the ingredients in a blender? Well, in a glass, you can sprinkle smoothies with chopped peanuts or garnish with a slice of banana.
