The Arabic chop is made from lamb. To make the meat more tender, it is marinated for several hours in a special spicy sauce.
It is necessary
- - 500 g lamb
- - 3 eggs
- - ground black pepper
- - salt
- - lemon acid
- - 2 tbsp. l. any fat
- - fresh herbs
- - 1 head of onion

Step 1
Cut the lamb into small squares and beat off with a meat hammer. Make a marinade with ground black pepper, citric acid, chopped fresh herbs, beaten eggs, and salt.
Step 2
The meat should be marinated for several hours in a cool place. Breaded each piece of lamb in a little flour and fry until brown in melted fat.
Step 3
Pour the remaining marinade into a baking dish and place the fried meat in it. Bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve lamb chop with hot sauce and any side dish. the pieces of meat can be served separately or seasoned with the sauce left over in the baking dish.
