Fruit and chicken salad cooks in thirty to forty minutes. If you take the amount of ingredients below, you will end up with ten servings of delicious salad. By the way, this dish is steamed.
You will need:
- a kilogram of chicken breasts;
- two hundred grams of green and head lettuce;
- seventy milliliters of vegetable oil;
- one hundred grams of grapefruits, oranges;
- forty milliliters of wine vinegar and honey;
- ten milliliters of sweet and sour sauce;
- a couple of garlic cloves;
- salt, black pepper.
Pour about three hundred milliliters of water into a double boiler, place a basket with cut chicken breasts on top, set a tray, cook the meat for eighteen minutes at a power of one thousand watts. Then cool the breasts, chop, season with pepper and salt.
Chop the garlic (peeled), add sweet and sour sauce, wine vinegar, honey and oil (vegetable). Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl for cereals, put in a double boiler. You can cook the sauce right away with the breasts just by placing it on the top tier.
Now start processing fruits - peel grapefruits with oranges, remove all seeds with films, chop the pulp. Wash, sort, dry both types of salad, chop them. Then mix all the ingredients, pour the sauce on top. Or arrange the salad as follows: Place the ingredients on a plate in circles and pour over the sauce. Fruit and chicken salad can be served. It is delicious both cold and warm.
