Chicken breast is a great product that can be combined with almost any ingredient: fruits, vegetables, herbs, dried fruits.
It is necessary
- - 300 g chicken fillet;
- - 2 oranges;
- - 0.5 tsp lemon juice;
- - 1 red onion;
- - 100 g of green grapes;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar;
- - parsley greens;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the oranges, remove the peel and partitions, cut into slices, put in a plate.
Step 2
Rinse the grapes, disassemble into berries, dry with a towel. Divide each berry in half and combine with oranges. Rinse and dry all greens.
Step 3
Remove the husk from the onion, cut it into thin half rings. Onions must be pickled, for this we mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice. Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature. We take out the onion, let the marinade drain.
Step 4
We wash the chicken fillet, cut off the film and fat. Boil until tender in salted water, cool without taking it out of the broth. Cut into thin slices.
Step 5
Prepare a flat wide plate, lay lettuce leaves on it. Put slices of chicken fillet on top of a slide on a dish.
Step 6
Put orange slices, grapes and pickled onions nearby in a circle.
Step 7
Decorate the salad with a sprig of parsley on top and serve.
