It is necessary

  • - chicken breast with skin - 1 piece;
  • - coconut milk - 200 milliliters;
  • - sauce "Kikkoman" Teriyaki - 50 milliliters;
  • - fish sauce - 30 milliliters;
  • - rum - 30 milliliters;
  • - two cloves of garlic;
  • - two pieces of ginger;
  • - one chili pepper;
  • - canned pineapples - 2 rings;
  • - one kiwi.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a flavored marinade first. Mix fish sauce with soy sauce, rum and coconut milk.

Step 2

Peel the ginger root, grate, cut the chili peppers, freeing them from the seeds, pass the garlic cloves through a press. Add these ingredients to the marinade.

Free the chicken breast from the bones, place in the marinade, leave in it for a couple of hours (ideally overnight). Remove the breast from the marinade, fry until tender.
