Chicken in coconut marinade with fruit salsa - a dish with elements of Asian cuisine. It turns out to be very aromatic and tasty - a real delight!
It is necessary
- - chicken breast with skin - 1 piece;
- - coconut milk - 200 milliliters;
- - sauce "Kikkoman" Teriyaki - 50 milliliters;
- - fish sauce - 30 milliliters;
- - rum - 30 milliliters;
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - two pieces of ginger;
- - one chili pepper;
- - canned pineapples - 2 rings;
- - one kiwi.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a flavored marinade first. Mix fish sauce with soy sauce, rum and coconut milk.
Step 2
Peel the ginger root, grate, cut the chili peppers, freeing them from the seeds, pass the garlic cloves through a press. Add these ingredients to the marinade.
Step 3
Free the chicken breast from the bones, place in the marinade, leave in it for a couple of hours (ideally overnight). Remove the breast from the marinade, fry until tender.
Step 4
Place the marinade in a saucepan, bring to a boil, boil for ten minutes over low heat.
Step 5
Make salsa. Peel the kiwi, cut into slices. Grill a couple of pineapple and kiwi rings, chop and stir. You can add a slice of chopped chili.
Step 6
Pour coconut sauce over the chicken and lay some fruit salsa next to it. The dish is ready to be sent to the table!
