Carrot muffins with hazelnuts will appeal to those who are fasting. These muffins will add variety to your daily menu. They cook in fifty minutes, it turns out to be six servings.
It is necessary
- - 100 g flour;
- - 100 ml of orange juice;
- - 80 g of peeled carrots;
- - 60 g of sugar;
- - 50 g of roasted hazelnuts;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;
- - 0.5 tsp baking powder;
- - vanillin, a pinch of salt, powdered sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve sugar in orange juice, add vanillin, lemon juice, grated carrots, vegetable oil, mix.

Add chopped hazelnuts, add flour, salt, baking powder. Mix everything again.

Divide the resulting mass into molds.

Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer, it must remain dry, then the cake can be considered ready.
