- • 1 tsp. salt;

- • 2 eggs;
- • 160 ml. cream (10% fat);
- • 60 g of hard cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice mixture, add water (keeping to a ratio of 1: 2), bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes using a low heat. After cooking, drain the excess liquid, and transfer the rice itself to a deep plate.
Step 2
Peel and wash all vegetables. Cut onion greens, onions and mushrooms into cubes, and cut carrots with cabbage into strips. Cut one large mushroom into thick slices that will decorate the dish. Grate hard cheese.
Step 3
Heat oil in a skillet. First put only ordinary onions in hot oil and fry it until transparent.
Step 4
Then add the carrots to the onions, frying everything together for another 2 minutes. Add cabbage after the carrots. Simmer the contents of the pan until the cabbage is soft, and add the mushroom cubes at the end of the stewing. Cook this vegetable mass for another 5 minutes, seasoning with salt, a mixture of peppers and chopped onions. Then turn off, put in a plate with boiled rice and stir until smooth.
Step 5
Drive eggs into a saucepan, add a little salt and cream. Beat these ingredients with a whisk or mixer.
Step 6
Put the rice and vegetable mass in the egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly, sprinkle in portioned tins or baking pots, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and garnish with mushroom slices.
Step 7
Send the filled molds for half an hour to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. During this time, the vegetables will be baked, the egg filling will set, and the hard cheese will become a beautiful brown crust.
Step 8
At the end of cooking, remove the casserole dish from the oven and serve immediately.
