It is necessary

  • - 250 g butter;
  • - 200 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 50 ml of milk;
  • - 50 g of sugar;
  • - 5 tbsp. spoons of cocoa;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 2, 5 cups of powdered sugar;
  • - 1, 5 cups waffle crumbs;
  • - 1 cup of coconut flakes;
  • - 0.5 cups of nuts;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of pudding (powder).

Instructions

Step 1

Melt 100 g of butter, add sugar. Put the cocoa powder there, stir. Add a little beaten chicken egg, stir quickly, remove from heat.

Step 2

Separately, in a bowl, stir together the waffle crumbs, coconut and chopped nuts. Add chocolate mixture, stir until smooth. Put the mass in a rectangular shape, covered with parchment paper (you can grease with oil). Put in the cold for half an hour.

Step 3

Prepare a creamy brownie layer. Soften 70 g butter, beat, add pudding powder (for example, caramel Dr. Oetker), pour in milk, add powdered sugar, stirring the mass. Put the cream on top of the cooled mass, put it back in the refrigerator or freezer to solidify.

Step 4

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the rest of the butter. Stir until smooth, cool slightly, pour over the cream. Smooth and refrigerate to set the chocolate. After that, use a sharp knife to mark out the future cakes.

Step 5

When they have completely hardened, cut along the markings. Better to cut it with a hot knife, then the "Nanaimo" cakes will look neater. Wipe the knife dry after each cake. Store ready-made cakes in the refrigerator, at room temperature they will most likely start to melt.
