A very tasty cake that does not require a lot of labor and expensive ingredients. It should be served freshly baked, but slightly cooled.
It is necessary
- • Sweet and sour apples - 500 g;
- • Oranges - 2 pcs;
- • Eggs - 7 pcs;
- • Flour - 350 g;
- • Granulated sugar white (brown can be taken) - 400 g;
- • Carbonated mineral water - 100 g;
- • Margarine - 50 g;
- • Powdered sugar - 30 g;
- • Salt - 2 g;
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the contents of the eggs into a bowl, add salt to them and beat with a mixer. Gradually add sugar to the eggs, without stopping whisking, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Gradually add flour to the eggs. Beat the dough.
Step 2
Wash oranges. Peel off the zest from them and grate it coarsely. Add to the bowl to the dough. Divide the peeled oranges into wedges. Discard all seeds and cut each orange wedge into thirds. Add oranges to the dough.
Step 3
Wash the apples, remove the peel, seeds and cut off the tail. Grate coarsely and transfer to the dough.
Step 4
Add sparkling water to the dough and stir.
Step 5
Prepare a mold with removable walls for baking, having greased it in advance with sweet butter (not only the bottom, but also the walls). Pour the dough into the mold. Flatten it in shape.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the dish with the dough into it. Bake for 75 minutes. Check the readiness by piercing the charlotte with a toothpick.
Step 7
Let the finished cake stand "breathe" for 5-10 minutes in the form in which it was baked.
Step 8
Place a plate slightly larger than the cake pan on top. Turn the cake onto a plate, then remove the walls from the mold and remove the bottom.
Step 9
From above, the finished charlotte must be decorated with a thin layer of powdered sugar.
