Lentils have a delicate taste, they go well with vegetables, giving the dish a pleasant smell reminiscent of a nutty one. The protein included in its composition acts as a substitute for meat - almost complete. The soup is prepared in a slow cooker, while the vegetables languish, melt, retaining their aroma, color and vitamins.

- - 300 g frozen vegetables - a mixture of green beans, green peas, corn
- - a glass of lentils
- - two onions
- - one carrot
- - 2 liters of water

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots thoroughly. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Grate the carrots.
Step 2
Load prepared potatoes and carrots into a multicooker. Place green beans, green peas, corn here. Add well washed lentils.
Step 3
Cover vegetables and lentils with water. Add salt and spices. Cook in the "Stew" mode - one and a half hours. After the signal, leave the soup on the heat for another 40 minutes. This will make it more intense and aromatic.
