Banana bread or banana bread is a traditional pastry in the United States and Canada that can be found far outside these countries today. The popularity of the dessert can be explained very simply - it is quick to cook, the ingredients are almost always available in the refrigerator, and the texture of the cake is very airy.
It is necessary
- - 115 gr. walnut;
- - 230 gr. flour;
- - 150 gr. Sahara;
- - a teaspoon of baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt and soda;
- - a teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
- - 3 ripe bananas;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 110 gr. butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C.
Step 2
Chop the walnuts and mix them in a bowl with all the dry ingredients.
Step 3
Put the peeled and sliced bananas in another bowl. Pour in melted but not hot butter. Add lightly beaten eggs and vanilla essence. Grind the bananas with a fork, turning them into mashed potatoes.
Step 4
Pour dry ingredients into the banana mass. Knead a homogeneous dough.
Step 5
We put the dough in a mold, send the cake to the oven for 55-60 minutes. We use a wooden toothpick to check the doneness of the cake.
Step 6
You can serve banana bread with any ice cream.
