If your bananas have become confidently black, do not rush to throw them away, but rather prepare these delicate, fragrant and porous muffins!
It is necessary
- - 75 g butter;
- - 1 tbsp. flour;
- - 75 ml brown sugar;
- - 1 large egg;
- - 1 large, very ripe banana;
- - 1, 5 tsp baking powder;
- - 50 g of raisins;
- - 50 g of walnuts;
- - 50 ml brandy;
- - 0.5 tsp cinnamon;
- - 0.25 tsp ginger;
- - 0.25 tsp nutmeg.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We take the oil out of the refrigerator - let it soften. Coarsely chop the walnuts with a knife.
Step 2
With a mixer, beat the butter and sugar into a fluffy mass for 5 minutes. Then add mashed banana and egg to the bowl, stir until smooth.
Step 3
Separately mix dried fruits and nuts with 1 tbsp. flour. Sift the rest of the flour into a bowl with the addition of ginger, nutmeg and baking powder.
Step 4
Pour alcohol into the blender bowl and add the flour and spice mixture. Stir for a few seconds so that the ingredients only slightly "grab". Add nuts with dried fruits and mix by hand so that they are evenly distributed in the dough. We transfer to muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven for half an hour: the stick with which you will pierce the baked goods, checking readiness, should come out dry.
