Green beans with walnuts are an original dish for people who watch their figure and appreciate simple recipes.

- - 1 kg of frozen green beans;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 glass of shelled walnuts;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
- - ground red pepper;
- - greens;
- - ground black pepper;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil well in a frying pan. Place frozen green beans in a skillet. Fry over high heat for two minutes. Reduce heat and simmer beans until tender.
Step 2
Chop the walnut kernels well. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
Step 3
Add pre-chopped walnuts and chopped garlic to the stewed beans. Dissolve tomato paste in half a glass of chilled boiled water.
Step 4
Add the diluted pasta to the beans. Salt. Add spices. Mix well. Put out everything together for another five minutes.
Step 5
Cool the cooked green beans. Then put it in a neat slide on a dish and sprinkle with herbs. You can decorate the finished dish with whole, shelled walnut kernels.
