Step 1
Finely chop the potato peelings and pass them through a juicer.

Pour the resulting mixture with cold water and mix well.

Put cheesecloth in 2-3 layers on a fine sieve, strain the potato liquid through it into the prepared dish.

Leave for several hours, during this time the starch will settle to the bottom, and excess particles will float to the surface, which must be removed.
Step 5
Drain the dirty water carefully, replacing it with clean water. Stir and leave for 3-4 hours to settle. Repeat this procedure until excess particles no longer float to the surface.
Step 6
Spread the resulting starch in a thin layer on a tray and leave warm. Stir the starch from time to time until it is completely dry.
Step 7
Pour the finished powder into a glass dish and close the lid tightly.
