A very original and quick-to-prepare soup - pickle with squid.
It is necessary
- - 2 liters of water
- - 1 onion
- - 300 g white cabbage
- - 3 potatoes
- - 1 medium carrot
- - 3 pickles
- - 1 bay leaf
- - 2 squid
- - allspice
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes. Cut into cubes. Chop white cabbage into thin strips. Bring water to a boil. Put prepared cabbage and potatoes in boiling water. Cook until half cooked.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and onions. Grate carrots. Chop the onion very finely. Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil. Add the stir-fry to the saucepan with the stock and vegetables. Boil everything together for five minutes.
Step 3
Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Heat them in a frying pan with a little water. Place the stewed cucumbers in a saucepan. Season with salt, add bay leaf and a few peas of allspice.
Step 4
Scald the squid with boiling water. Remove the films and cut into large strips. Add the chopped squid to the soup five minutes after the cucumbers. Cook for another five minutes.
Step 5
Insist the pickle for twenty minutes and serve.
