One of the most common soups is pickle soup. There are many ways to prepare this soup. The proposed recipe is pickle with squid.
It is necessary
- - 1.5-2 liters of water or broth;
- - 300 g of cabbage;
- - 2-3 potatoes;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 2 pickles;
- - 2 small squids;
- - 1 bay leaf;
- - 3 peas of allspice;
- - sour cream;
- - salt;
- - parsley for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the cabbage finely. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into either wedges or wedges.
Step 2
Boil water. When it boils, add the potatoes there and bring to a boil. Then add the cabbage and cook until the vegetables are half cooked.
Step 3
Peel the onions and carrots. Grate the carrots using a coarse grater, and finely chop the onion. Lightly fry the carrots and onions in vegetable oil, then add to the pan to the vegetables.

Cut the pickles into small cubes. Simmer them lightly in a skillet with a little broth or water.

5-7 minutes after you add the browned vegetables, put the cucumbers in a saucepan. Add bay leaf, allspice and salt there and cook for another 5 minutes.

Pour boiling water over the squid and peel them off. Cut into strips and add to the pickle. Cook everything together for 3 minutes. After that you can turn off the heat - let the soup infuse for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
When serving, you can add sour cream to the soup plates, and decorate the dish with chopped parsley.
