Cottage cheese casserole with semolina turns out to be very tasty and satisfying. It is good for breakfast.
It is necessary
- - blender;

- - cottage cheese 350 g;
- - sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - semolina 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - coconut flakes 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - chicken egg 3 pcs.;
- - sugar 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - cherry berries 0.5 cups;
- - butter 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - salt 0.5 teaspoon;
- - vanilla sugar 10 g;
- For the sauce:
- - starch 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - water 275 ml;
- - sugar 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - cherries 0.5 cups.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour semolina and coconut into a bowl, add sour cream and mix well. Leave to swell for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the cherries, remove the seeds, put them on a sieve and let the juice drain.
Step 3
Rub the curd through a sieve. You can also scroll it through a meat grinder or beat with a blender.
Step 4
Add the swollen semolina mixture, vanilla sugar, salt and 2 eggs to the curd. Mix the mixture well until smooth. Then add 0.5 cups of cherries and stir.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Put the curd mass in it. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Brush the casserole with beaten egg or yolk 15 minutes before cooking until it is browned.
Step 6
For the sauce, dilute the starch with 75 ml of cool water. Put the cherries in a saucepan with 200 ml of water and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, whisk with a blender and put back on fire. Pour the starch into the sauce and bring to a boil again. The sauce is ready.
Step 7
Cool the finished casserole, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with the sauce.
