It is necessary
- - 500 g of fatty cottage cheese;
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 200 g cherries;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 70 g of butter;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak semolina in warm milk. It is better to take natural cow's milk.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the whites. Refrigerate the whites while you prepare the yolks. Add sugar to the yolks. Melt the butter, pour into the yolks, mix thoroughly until smooth.
Step 3
Add cottage cheese to the egg mass, beat with a mixer or blender. Add fresh pitted cherries.
Step 4
Add milk with semolina, stir. Remove the whites from the refrigerator, beat with a pinch of salt, add to the curd-cherry mass, mix. Place in a baking dish. It is not necessary to lubricate the mold - this pudding does not stick to it during cooking.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees. After that, be sure to cool the finished curd pudding with cherries. Pour the finished pudding with jam or garnish with fresh berries.
