The apricot cheesecake recipe will appeal to those who are not very fond of too sweet desserts. This cheesecake will turn out to be moderately sweet, apricots will add a little sourness to the delicacy.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 500 g of apricots;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour with cocoa powder, vanilla (you don't need to add it, you need it for flavor) and 6 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. Add softened butter, grind into crumbs, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the filling for the future cheesecake. This requires a blender. Mix cottage cheese, eggs and apricots in it. You can add a little sugar to prevent the filling from becoming too sour.
Step 3
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, set aside 8 tbsp. spoons, and put the rest of the dough on the bottom of a mold greased with butter (you can cover with parchment paper). Tamp the dough, form the sides.
Step 4
Pour the curd-apricot filling onto the base. Crumble the rest of the dough on top. Bake the apricot cheesecake at 180 degrees for half an hour. Then cook for another 1 hour at 120 degrees. Cool the cheesecake completely before removing it from the mold.
