Delicate dough and incredibly tasty filling will captivate you with their aroma! Any dessert containing coconut flakes immediately becomes more aromatic and tasty, coconut-strawberry pie is no exception.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of wheat flour;
- - 250 ml of kefir;
- - 200 ml of cream;
- - 100 g of coconut flakes;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 50 g of icing sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 bag of vanillin;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of strawberry jam;
- - 2 tsp baking powder;
- - 1 teaspoon of butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat sugar with eggs, add kefir and mix.
Step 2
Sift flour with baking powder, add vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Mix dry and liquid ingredients, knead the dough. Place it in a greased split mold.
Step 4
Mix the powdered sugar with the coconut. Cover the dough with the coconut mixture.
Step 5
Cook the coconut-strawberry pie for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees. You can also cook such a cake in a slow cooker (50 minutes). Stir in the cream and jam and top with the hot pie. Cool slightly and serve with tea.
