Pour this sauce into the meat and put in the oven for another half hour.
Step 9
According to this recipe, beef turns out to be surprisingly tender, it melts in your mouth itself. Any, even the most lean beef will become soft and tasty. Put the finished meat on a plate and pour over the sauce from the pot. During cooking, the beef acquires a creamy taste, and the smell can be compared to the smell of julienne. In terms of taste, the dish also slightly resembles a mushroom one. Do not be afraid that in 2 hours the meat will turn into coals or burn, this will not happen if the right amount of onion is added.
