  • - beef or veal - 1 kg;
  • - onions - 4 large pieces;
  • - sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • For the sauce:
  • - flour 1 tsp;
  • - mustard 1 tsp;
  • - salt ½ tsp;
  • - sour cream 200 g.

Step 1

Cut the meat into walnut-sized pieces.

Pour sunflower oil on the bottom of the cauldron or pot.
