If you want to try something new or pamper your loved ones, then you should definitely cook Russian-style lasagna. This dish turns out to be so unusual and tasty that even true gourmets will certainly like it.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet (you can take minced meat) - 400-450 g;
  • 6 chicken eggs;
  • 4 tablespoons wheat flour;
  • 1 head of onion;
  • 12 ready-made pancakes;
  • 0.5 kg of mushrooms;
  • 100 g of rice groats;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 200 g cream (milk);
  • salt, black pepper, dill and nutmeg - pinch each.

Preparation:

  1. Chicken meat must be thoroughly washed and sent to a saucepan with water. The chicken is cooked over low heat until fully cooked.
  2. While the meat is cooking, you need to finely chop the previously peeled onion. Then the mushrooms are washed and crushed. A frying pan is placed on the stove, into which a little sunflower oil is poured. After it is heated, the onion is first fried until golden brown, and then mushrooms are added to it. Everything is mixed, salted, pepper is added and fried until tender over low heat.
  3. Your pancakes should be ready by now, so it's best to fry them beforehand. The dough for them is prepared without sugar, and each pancake is greased with melted cow butter. Boil the eggs.
  4. Next, you should definitely prepare the delicious Bechamel sauce. Put butter in a frying pan (saucepan). After it becomes liquid and warms up, flour is poured into it. Everything is mixed well and fried a little, and then cream is poured in small portions (you can replace it with milk). Mix the resulting mass well and boil. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  5. Finely chop the warm chicken meat. Cook rice grits in chicken broth until tender.
  6. Grease a baking dish, and then place a few pancakes on the bottom so that they completely cover it. You should also have large enough sides.
  7. Cooked rice is mixed with dill, which must first be cut into small pieces. Then the resulting mixture is laid out in an even layer in a mold. Covered with pancakes.
  8. The next layer is laid out with chopped boiled eggs. A layer of pancakes again. Then chicken meat is laid out + ½ part of the sauce. Pancakes again. The top layer will consist of fried mushrooms + ½ part of the sauce.
  9. The sides are folded inward, and pancakes are placed on top, which must be poured with melted cow butter. Cover the dish with foil and place in an oven heated to 200 degrees. After a third of an hour, you need to remove the foil and bake the lasagne until fully cooked.
