Ingredients:

  • Hard cheese - 100 g;
  • Large egg - 2 pcs;
  • Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • Pear - 1 piece;
  • Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs;

  • Half red and half yellow bell pepper.

Ingredients for salad dressing:

  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons;
  • Lemon - 1 pc;
  • Yolk - 2 pcs;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • A pair of green onion feathers.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the eggs hard-boiled (about 8 minutes) and chop very finely. Cut the ham into very small cubes.
  2. The cheese for this salad also needs to be cut into small cubes (do not rub!).
  3. Wash the peppers and remove the core, cut first lengthwise into thin strips, and then grind these strips into small squares.
  4. Then you need to prepare the cucumbers. Washed fresh and pickled cucumbers (you can replace pickled cucumbers with lightly salted ones) get rid of the tips and cut into small cubes.
  5. Next, you need to wash the pear and remove the core from it. To do this, cut the fruit into 4 pieces and remove it. Then chop the pear into cubes.
  6. It is desirable that all prepared salad ingredients are equally diced. This will make the salad more beautiful.
  7. Put all the ingredients of the salad in a salad bowl and mix, pepper and salt to taste.
  8. The next step is to prepare a dressing for the salad, which will reveal and complement the taste of all the ingredients of the salad. To prepare the dressing, quickly grind the yolks with olive oil and the juice of one lemon. Wash and chop the green onion feathers, chop finely and add to the egg-olive mixture. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to your liking. Mix the dressing well.
