It is necessary

  • - sugar - 0.5 tsp;
  • - onions -2 pcs.;
  • - carrots - 3 pcs.;
  • - tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
  • - bell pepper - 2 pcs.;

  • - fresh mint and basil leaves;

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the carbonate into pieces about 12 by 8 cm in size. Fold the portioned meat pieces into a deep saucepan, add a little salt and pepper. Wash the lemon, cut it in half and, using a circular rotation with a fork, add the lemon juice to the saucepan. Leave the meat pieces to marinate for 1 hour.

After the pieces are marinated, we will make meat pockets. To do this, we take a sharp knife and make a small incision in each piece of meat, without cutting through to the end. After that, you need to fill them with a spicy filling.

Prepare the ingredients for the filling: fresh mint and basil leaves, 2 types of mustard and liquid honey. Finely chop the greens in a blender. Put the mustard beans in a cup, then the usual classic mustard, add honey and chopped herbs. We mix everything. Now that the filling is ready, fill the meat pockets with it. For each meat pocket, you need 1 tbsp. l. fillings.

To give the meat pockets an appetizing color, they need to be fried well enough. Preheat the pan and fry the pockets in butter until golden brown on both sides. Then add a little water and simmer until tender over medium heat.

Ready-made meat pockets are best served with a vegetable side dish. Cut the onion into half rings, sweet peppers - into cubes, carrots - into slices. Before you cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces, they need to be dipped in hot water for a few seconds and the peels must be removed. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add a little sugar.

Fry chopped and prepared vegetables in turn (onions, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes), then simmer in a saucepan until tender with a little water. A few minutes before being ready, season with salt, pepper and add garlic. Put the meat pocket and vegetable garnish on a large dish.
