Shrimp is an extremely valuable food product. They are distinguished by high nutritional value, preventive and medicinal properties. Prawns in puff pastry can be served as an original hot snack or as a main course with any side dish.

It is necessary

  • - flour 2 tbsp.
  • - butter 250 gr.
  • - cold water 200 ml.
  • - salt 1 tsp
  • - 6% vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • - lemon juice 30 ml.
  • - king prawns 600 gr.
  • - pickled ginger 100 gr.
  • - sesame seeds 50 gr.
  • - soy sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Add finely chopped, cold butter to the sifted flour (you can use margarine), mix everything. Dissolve salt in cold water, add vinegar and combine with flour.

Step 2

Knead a smooth, firm dough with quick movements. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for several hours.

Step 3

We clean the shrimp from the intestines, shell, leaving the tail. We set the peeled shrimp to cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the boiled shrimp with lemon juice.

Step 4

We take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out and fold it into 3-4 layers. Divide the dough into small rectangles with a sharp knife. On each rectangular layer of dough, lay out the shrimp, having previously rolled them in flour, a piece of pickled ginger and carefully wrap it in a roll so that the filling is in the middle.

Step 5

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the rolls and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. Serve hot cooked shrimp with soy sauce. Enjoy your meal!
