Clafoutis is a dessert from France that combines features of a pie and a casserole. Fruits in a thin, sweet egg dough, similar to pancake dough, are baked in casserole or pie tins. Let's try to make apricot and banana clafoutis.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of apricots;
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 25 g butter;
- - 2 bananas;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1/3 teaspoon of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour into a deep bowl, add chicken eggs there, gradually stirring with flour. The dough is thick enough. Add sugar and salt to it, pour in a thin stream of milk - you will get a soft dough.
Step 2
Take a low casserole dish, place a lump of butter on the bottom, put in the oven for a couple of minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Take out the mold with melted butter, put the apricots in it (remove the halves, seeds in advance). Lay apricots with the cut side down. Peel two bananas, cut into slices, put on apricot pieces. Pour the batter over the fruit.
Step 3
Cook the apricot-banana clafoutis for 30-35 minutes at the indicated temperature, the dough should rise slightly during this time.
Step 4
Cut the clafoutis into portions, serve with sour cream, whipped cream, a scoop of ice cream, or sprinkle with grated chocolate on top. You can sprinkle generously with powdered sugar on top of the finished cake, if you like it. You can also serve chilled.
