Cupcake called "Angelic" differs from all others in that it contains only chicken eggs. This pastry turns out to be insanely light, unusually tender and amazingly tasty. Take your time to prepare it.
It is necessary

- - butter - 40 g;
- - sugar - 100 g;

Instructions
Step 1
First, break the eggs and place the whites and yolks on separate plates. Beat the second thoroughly for 5 minutes, that is, until a foam forms on the surface of the mass. Add salt to the first. Beat this mixture until stable peaks are formed.

Gradually introduce the fluffy protein mass into the yolk. Mix everything gently, as it should, clockwise.
Step 3
Lubricate the muffin tins well with sunflower oil. If you do not have small forms, then you can use the large one, but it is still preferable to choose the former. Pour the yolk-protein mass into them.
Step 4
Fill a high-rimmed baking tray with clean water. Put the molds with the dough into it so that they are in the water only up to the middle, no more. Thus, future "Angelic" muffins will be baked in a water bath.
Step 5
Putting a baking sheet with tins with dough on the middle shelf in the oven, bake the dish at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
While the Angel Cupcakes are cooking, make caramel sauce for them. To do this, transfer the butter to a fairly small saucepan. After melting it, add granulated sugar to it. Heat the resulting mixture until its color turns light brown. Then add 50 milliliters of cold water there. Mix everything thoroughly and let the mixture boil for a while.
Step 7
After removing the pastries from the oven, let them cool, then serve them with the prepared caramel sauce. Angelic cupcakes are ready!
