Chocolate jelly turns out to be very delicate and beautiful, it can even be served on a festive table. Whipped cream can be used as an extra decoration.

- - 150 g of chocolate;
- - 120 g of sugar;
- - 40 g of gelatin;
- - vanillin, whipped cream.

Step 1
Soak gelatin in cold boiled water, the ratio is 1: 8. Leave on for 30-40 minutes to swell. For now, you can prepare all the other ingredients for the dessert.

Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater, add to the milk along with the sugar, pour this mixture into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and put it on low heat. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for several hours.
Step 3
Remove the finished chocolate jelly from the refrigerator, soak the molds in hot water for 1-3 seconds before serving, then cover with a plate and turn over. Remove the jelly molds.
