- For eight servings;
- - 300 g of apricots;
- - 200 g of wheat flour;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 130 g of flower honey;
- - 4 large eggs;
- - 2 teaspoons of lemon juice;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of powdered sugar.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cut the apricots into halves and remove the pits.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Soften butter at room temperature.

Whisk butter and honey (100 g) until smooth. Add egg yolks, mix.

Whisk the egg whites with lemon juice to form a thick foam.

Mix baking powder and flour with honey-creamy mass, add proteins.
Step 7
Put the resulting dough in a non-stick form. You can cover the form with baking paper for reliability.
Step 8
Spread the apricot halves on top, slices down. Bake for 30 minutes. Pour the remaining flower honey over the cake before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea!
