This cheesecake is different from the classic English treat. The base is also made from cookies, but the filling is slightly different. Irish cheesecake is a must-try for the delicate combination of white chocolate, pecans and Irish cream.
It is necessary
- - 350 ml sour cream;
- - 200 g of cookies;
- - 150 g of white chocolate;
- - 2 cups pecans;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 75 ml of Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 1 tsp vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven to preheat to 160 degrees.
Step 2
Add 1 cup toasted pecans, 2/3 cup sugar, and biscuits to a blender. Grind to a crumb state. A second glass of nuts will be required to decorate the finished dessert.
Step 3
Put the mass on the bottom of the baking dish, tamp, create sides - the base should not crumble.
Step 4
Mix the liqueur with vanilla and eggs, beat until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the cream into a mold over the base, place in the oven, bake the Irish cheesecake for 20 minutes.

Let the dessert cool without removing it from the mold.
