This cheesecake is different from the classic English treat. The base is also made from cookies, but the filling is slightly different. Irish cheesecake is a must-try for the delicate combination of white chocolate, pecans and Irish cream.

It is necessary

  • - 350 ml sour cream;
  • - 200 g of cookies;
  • - 150 g of white chocolate;
  • - 2 cups pecans;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 75 ml of Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
  • - 1 tsp vanillin.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the oven to preheat to 160 degrees.

Step 2

Add 1 cup toasted pecans, 2/3 cup sugar, and biscuits to a blender. Grind to a crumb state. A second glass of nuts will be required to decorate the finished dessert.

Mix the liqueur with vanilla and eggs, beat until smooth.
