It is necessary
- - turkey breast without skin - 900 g;
- - basil - 2 sprigs;
- - boiled smoked ham - 130 g;
- - cheddar cheese - 130 g;
- - coarsely ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - mayonnaise - 250 g;
- - white wine vinegar - 2 teaspoons;
- - sugar - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - chopped basil greens - 2 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
With the meat, do this: wash, dry and cut in half so that a couple of centimeters are not cut from the edge of each side. In other words, the fillet should be cut so that it can be opened like a book. Then cover it with cling film and roll it out so that it forms a rectangle. Beat off, then remove the film, salt and pepper.

Chop the basil. Cut the ham into thin slices, and grate the cheese, preferably coarse. Sprinkle the basil on the turkey meat first, then place the ham and cheese on top of it.

From the side of the length of the meat rectangle, begin to roll the fillet into a roll. After you have rolled it up, fix it in several places with twine.
Step 4
Turn on the microwave at full power and send the peppered meatloaf into it for 20 minutes. After the time has passed, turn the dish over to the other side and bake exactly the same amount.
Step 5
In a separate cup, combine ingredients such as white wine vinegar, mayonnaise, basil, and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Remove the food from the microwave, remove the rope, cover and let sit for 15 minutes. Serve the sliced meatloaf with the sauce. The stuffed turkey breast is ready!
