Step 1

To roast the turkey breast in aromatic spices, wrap 1 kilogram of meat in cling film and beat a little. Melt 30 grams of butter and mix with a teaspoon of ginger powder, the same amount of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper.

Rub the meat with the spicy mixture, and brush on top with one yolk. Place the breast on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Cut the finished meat into portions and serve with boiled potatoes and lingonberry jam.

Bake the thyme and marjoram breast. To do this, prepare a brine from 1 liter of water with 1 tablespoon of salt and soak 1 kilogram of meat in it for 3 hours. Mix 1 tablespoon each chopped thyme and marjoram leaves with 1 teaspoon sweet paprika and 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Lubricate the breast on all sides with the resulting mixture, wrap in baking paper and tie with threads. Heat the oven to 200C and place the meat in it. Bake for about 30 minutes, then unpack and place in oven for another 10 minutes to brown. Then place the breast in a preheated dish and cover with foil. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
