- - sherry - 250 ml;
- - orange jam - 1 tablespoon;
- - liquid honey - 1 tablespoon;

- - gelatin - 30 g;

Step 1
Take a cup and pour the gelatin into it. Then add 2 tablespoons of boiled water to it. Leave it in this state for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine honey, orange jam and soy sauce in a separate bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.

Warm the sherry slightly and mix with gelatin. Pour the resulting mixture into a suitable cup. Once the jelly has cooled, send it to the refrigerator to freeze for 2 hours.

Season the poultry breast with salt and pepper. The meat must be fried on both sides until a golden crust appears, that is, 10-12 minutes. Then let the turkey cool, then brush with the orange and honey mixture. Put it in the refrigerator. The dish should be served by cutting the meat into pieces and the jelly into cubes.
