  • - berries - 3 cups.

Step 1

So, first you need to make the dough for the future berry pie. Combine ingredients such as flour, baking powder, salt, quenched baking soda, and nutmeg in one cup. Mix everything thoroughly. Then combine the sherry and orange juice in another bowl. Take another bowl and whisk 200 grams of butter and sugar in it. After the mixture is beaten, add eggs to it and mix everything. Add sherry mixed with orange juice there, but not immediately, but gradually, that is, in 2 steps. It remains to combine everything with a mass of flour. Sprinkle it gently while stirring constantly. Now knead the dough.
