This amazing sauce is best done in small quantities as it tastes much better when fresh. It has a moderate pungency, slightly sour. The greens give the sauce a specific flavor.
It is necessary
- - vinegar (preferably apple cider) 5% - 1 tablespoon;
- - vegetable oil - 1, 5 tablespoons;
- - salt - 1/3 tsp;
- - a bunch of young greens of garlic - 15 g;
- - tomato - 150 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Use only the youngest green shoots of garlic. They must be neither dry nor soft.
Step 2
Wash the greens, cut into coarsely with a sharp knife and put in a blender. Place the tomato there, not forgetting to cut the stalk. Also add oil, vinegar, salt.
Step 3
If you want a pungent taste, add hot pepper to taste. Whisk everything until smooth. Taste the result and work up to the desired result with a little vinegar and salt. If the tomato is sweet, then pour in more vinegar, but do not overdo it.
Step 4
Serve fresh tomato sauce, or you can pour it into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator. Before serving after storage, it must be stirred, as it stratifies after a while.
