Soak the bread in milk, grate the cheese on a fine grater. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped parsley, eggs, cheese and squeezed bread. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mass. Soak your hands in cold water, then shape into walnut-sized meatballs.
Step 2
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Then heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the vegetables.. When the onions and garlic become golden brown, add 1 liter of boiling water to them, add tomato paste and salt. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Put meatballs in boiling sauce, simmer covered for 40-50 minutes over low heat. Serve the meatballs with any side dish.
