It is necessary

  • - 1 liter of milk;
  • - 6 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 4 chicken eggs;
  • - half a teaspoon of salt;
  • - 4 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 50 ml of sunflower oil;
  • - 300 grams of filling to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Make pancake dough. To do this, break the eggs, pour milk into them, add salt and sugar and mix thoroughly. Then start adding flour to the mixture in small portions. For stirring, you can use two forks, a whisk or a mixer, the main thing is that the dough for the patches turns out to be homogeneous, because even small lumps of flour in the pan will turn into unappetizing burnt spots. The consistency of the dough should correspond to the thickness of the kefir. If it turns out to be too liquid, you can add flour to it, otherwise, dilute with water or milk.

Step 2

Prepare a pan for baking the patches. To do this, it is necessary to thoroughly ignite it at maximum heat and oil it. You can use a special cooking brush or a small piece of peeled potatoes on a fork to distribute the fat evenly on the surface of the pan.

Step 3

Start baking pancakes. It is most convenient to pour the dough into a pan raised at an angle of 45 degrees, and then distribute in a circular motion. If empty areas have formed on the plane, you can fill them in additionally. After the leaflet "grabs", you need to quickly turn it over with a spatula and fry it on the other side. The pan must be thoroughly greased with oil after each baked pancake.

Step 4

Prepare the pancake filling while the baked cakes will cool. You can opt for traditional cottage cheese or salted fish, or opt for something more exotic like canned pineapples or peaches. The main thing is that the filling is convenient to wrap, it does not flow out of the pancakes and does not damage their surface.

Step 5

Wrap the filling in cuffs. To do this, place a small amount closer to the edge, distribute evenly, cover with a pancake. Then fold the sides inward and roll them up. If the filling does not flow, you can place it on one edge and roll up a neat roll.
