It is necessary
- - powdered sugar - 150 g;
- - chocolate 85% - 200 g;
- - white marshmallows - 180 g;
- - margarine - 25 g;
- - cream or fat milk - 75 g;
- - liqueur or brandy - 15 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a steam or water bath, leave on low heat. Meanwhile, in the microwave, heat the marshmallows a little, until soft (this will take no more than 8-12 seconds).
Step 2
Add the already slightly warmed marshmallows to the hot chocolate and leave on the stove, stirring constantly, until it is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Cream, margarine, liqueur or brandy should be placed in the prepared chocolate, stir until a homogeneous composition of the given mass is formed. Cool the resulting liquid slightly, add the powdered sugar and beat well with a mixer.
Step 4
After all, it is necessary to lay out the mastic on the table, thickly oiled in advance, and roll it out to the required thickness, everyone will determine it for himself.
Step 5
If you use mastic as a separate delicacy, then you should immediately cut it into strips or squares. If the mastic was prepared for the purpose of decorating the cake, then it should be wrapped in cling film and sent to the refrigerator until needed.
