  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream 15% fat;
  • - 1 liter of water;
  • - a handful of prunes;
  • - seasonings to taste;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the meat in advance at home. Rinse chicken fillet, dry on paper towels, cut into slices. Can be cut large enough to make it easier to string onto skewers. Chicken meat cooks quickly, so do not worry that you will fry large pieces for a long time.

Step 2

Combine cooked meat with sour cream and seasonings (such as a mixture of peppers). Scald the prunes with boiling water and add to the sour cream, or leave it like this and string it on skewers later along with the meat. Stir, cover with a lid, that's all - you can take the shish kebab with you to nature.

Pre-soak wooden skewers in water - place them in a deep bowl, cover with water.
