You will need: oranges - 4 pcs, icing sugar, white wine - 2 tbsp. l, sugar, eggs - 3 pcs, a pinch of cinnamon, milk - 0.5 l, rum - 3 tbsp. l, salt to taste

Take 1 orange, rinse with hot water, peel and grate the zest. Peel and cut the remaining 3 oranges into slices and rub the zest as well.

Caramelize the icing sugar. Add to it circles of oranges, wine, vanilla sugar and a pinch of ground cinnamon. We cook all this for 5 minutes.

During this time, take 3 eggs and beat until foam appears. Add sugar and the remains of grated orange zest to them. Stir and add half a liter of milk and 3 tbsp. l. rum. Now let's add a pinch of salt.

Lubricate the molds with fat and pour the prepared mixture over them. We put the molds in a container with hot water, submerging them in water to the middle. The water temperature should be around 80 degrees and not boil.
