Mix milk with coconut, powdered sugar and vanilla. Do not add a lot of vanillin, 1 gram is enough to add flavor to the finished dessert. Bring this mixture to a boil.

Beat one raw egg with potato starch, add 2 more eggs, beat again. Pour hot milk mixture into this mass, mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour into caramel tins. Place on a baking sheet, on the bottom of which pour some cold water. Put in the oven for half an hour, cook at 180 degrees.
Step 5
Remove the caramel flan from the oven, let it rest a little, remove from the molds, cool completely. It is advisable that the flan stood for a while in the cold so that the delicacy grabbed.
