As a main course for a family dinner or a festive table, you can cook chicken with ginger and cashews. The result is a hearty and tasty dish.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - chicken breast - 2 pieces;
- - green peas - 150 g;
- - cashews - 100 g;
- - three cloves of garlic;
- - a slice of fresh ginger;
- - green onions - 8 stems;
- - vegetable oil - 1, 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - fresh red pepper - 2 pieces;
- - soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - sesame oil - 1, 5 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
First, heat the vegetable oil in a wok, add chopped green onions, garlic, grated ginger root. Stir for a few seconds.
Step 2
Now add the strips of chicken breasts to the wok and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the peppers, cut into strips, cashews, and green peas. Fry for two minutes together.
Step 4
Add sesame oil and soy sauce to the chicken, mix well. The ginger and cashew chicken is ready, usually served with noodles or rice. Bon Appetit!
